You will retain the copyright control and ownership of all materials that you post. 3D Universe does not automatically check materials submitted, and will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements resulting from illegally posted material. By posting material, you warrant that the material is owned by you or you have been given permission by the owner to post it.
You may not cause harm or attempt to cause harm to the security of this site.
You may not attempt to access any material you are not authorised to access (e.g. private forums).
This is a family safe site. You may not post any inflammatory comments in the forums. You may not post images featuring nudity (partial or full). You may not post images that may be seen as religiously offensive. You may not use bad language of any kind in your posts.
Use of this site is not a right, it is a privilage. 3D Universe reserves the right to block membership from anyone we feel is not adding to the community.

Terms of Product Use |

You may use all 3D Universe Products (Commercial and Free) in any 2D render (still or video), and may redistribute these graphic files for free or commercially (this includes printing on mugs, t-shirts, greeting card, etc.).
You may not redistribute any part of the original product (3D files, textures, etc.) in any way. This includes sharing of the original files using peer-to-peer software.
You may not download 3D Universe products from anywhere other than this site and our Daz3D store. Any other download location is considered a breech of copyright and should be reported to us.
