UTC doesn't work in Windows 7 64 bits. Mscomctl.ocx is lost. The problem is in the implementation of VB6 in operating systems of 64 bits. Microsoft have updated some files (mscomctl.osx included) in order to run in Windows 7. There is a post about it. Another possible problem can be in vb6 installer that keep in UTC program folder. Vb6 installer run nice in 16 bits or 32 bits but not in 64 bits OS. Can you do anything to solve it, Steve?
